yes!

finally got done this its a trade with my friend ~Odjit-Banafrit. this is also the longest animation i've made so far i think 8D i wasn't sure what category to put it in, it wouldn't let me put it in digital animation so i put it in the Traditional category..hope thats okay >__>;

what its about (since it probably gets a little confusing at times; a product of my laziness and so-so animation skillz x3) is her character Shilo who's all ~sad~ in the beginning, but then along comes Arf who's all I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS so she tries to cheer up her friend by uh..splashing her in the face..? idk thats Arf for ya, not the brightest critter, but anyways Shilo and Arf look up and see these little waterworks (which i animated horribly ) and it cheers Shilo up and they're all "" but, they were just imagining it and a nearby car beep brings them back to reality (as they would prefer not to be pulverized by an oncoming truck)
